I Just Recently Switched to Digital and not receiving a email or able to access the digital copy online.
Can you do the same for me? I'm also getting a sign-in error when trying to view the digital subscription even though my account email is pointing to the email I signed up with.
I can't find a digital subscription with your email address. If you can think of a different email address that you might of used, send it to me in a private message and I'll check for that one.
same here i cant access it
Try again and let me know. My initial research into your account indicates that you "should" have access.
Not working for me either. I just bought pro at Gamestop. I have a shared email between the pro/game informer website if that helps.
I apologies if I am giving you any trouble but I seem to have trouble with my digital subscription as well and I have not receive an email telling my I am able to use it. I have used the same email for both my power up and my game informer and I have sent an email to support earlier today but it seems much progress is being done here and I would be quite happy if someone may be able to help me.
Ok guys im not a Mod but My experience with digital subcription my browser was the problem. I was using google chrome and I couldn't view the Mag at all I was redirected to sign-in error page....Battled with customer service for a few days [they were no help they told me samething i got from the FAQ]...I eventually figured it out myself....so now i use Firefox to view my mags...also as far as the powerup u have to enter your card # in your profiles hidden info...if u haven't yet recieved the email about "the newest issue" with the cover photo then u must wait...it took about 4 business days for mine to activate. also the email comes from GI not from gamestop
I recently switched to digital, got the email, registed and cannot access the digital mag. Running IE 9. Also, can't see where to enter info on profile for PowerUp Pro number. I would like to add, calling GI doesn't seem to help as no one is ever home as far as I can tell.
Check that you have Adobe Flash installed. You can enter your pro number on your profile page
I haven't had this problem...But checking your browser and adobe is a good start.Sometimes, not updating adobe can effect your privileges.
I had flash player installed and have been using it but went ahead and reinstalled flash layer 11 and ran a test page, all working fine. Found the edit button on the profile page last night and entered my pro number but its still a no go on viewing the digimag. The page loads but where the online example shows a launch frame I get a 'subscriber sign in' frame, and I am already signed in (user name at the top of the page appears). If it helps, I am running IE9. This doesn't seem to be an unusual problem, maybe you should fix it?
Have you clicked on the button that says "Subscriber Sign In"?
Yes, I have. It takes me to another page that says 'Welcome to Game Informer Digital' at the top and follows with info about 'subscriber sign in' (I'm already signed in, and no clickable there) and info about registering and subscribing if I am not already subscribed. It's reall dumb. You have used this site before?
I am really regretting letting the GameStop employee talking me into this. It sounded great but I have NEVER had problems like this accessing stuff online I have paid for. Are you the right guy to talk to about these problems? I read a bit of the thread before and some seemed to be solved by working individual magic on the accounts, have you looked at my account? Is there someone I can call? Can you tell me why I the site is denying me access, cause from my end that appears to be what is happening. Does my account say that I have access? I am trying to speed this up as I am not sure at the speed we are working at that we will have this figured out by next year.
That page will redirect you to the digimag. Have you given it a few seconds before closing the window or clicking some where else?
