Under my site options under the email configuration there is no option to change my private email. I didn't realize when I set my site account up that my email had to be the same as the one for my powerup rewards account. So i need to change my private email to be the same as my powerup rewards account.
Go Here then find the four tabs that say Site Options, Profile Options, etc... Then the last tab, the Email& newsletter settings, click on that. Then it should show a box with your current Email and you can retype in the new one, click "Update" and your done! If this doesnt work just tell me.
I can change my private email but even when I do I cannot access the magazine. Just brings me to an error screen. I was able to see it once and changed nothing but I can no longer see it.
Well I have never experience this so I wouldnt know what to do, maybe call customer service and ask for help. I hope you figure it out.
