Everytime I try to go and look at my digital issues I am told to go to the Site Options menu to have my private email the same but when i go there there is no option and I am going exactly where FAQs tell me, please help.

I'm currently having the same issue. Please look into this.
The FAQ needs to be updated.
Go to settings and you should see a tab labeled email & newsletter. Go there and make your email address there the same as the one you used for your subscription.
I am having the same problem. My e-mail address is correct yet it still says I have no digital subscription.
When I click on email & newsletter, I see :

Hi im having the same problem and both emails match. I was told I may have to wait up to 48 hours for my account to process its Ben 48 please help.
Same problem here. It's been 4 days since i subscribed to game informer digital, but still it says i'm not a subscriber. I've emailed game informer 2 times now, but no reply..
Is your email address on GI the same as the one you used to subscribe to the digial magazine with?
Go to Settings. Then click on Email & Newsletter. Make sure the email address on that page is the same as the one you used to subscribe to the digital magazine.

I signed up for this 12 month digital through gamestop and they have fully shipped it, but i havent gotten any email confirming my subscription. how long do i have to wait? and yes my emails are the same on the site options thing
