GameInformer then redirected me over to Gamestop where I logged in and purchased the 12month Digital sub for 20 bucks.
Now I come back to GameInformer and nada. I try logging into the iPad app and says no sub found under my name.
What did I miss here?
Both emails match (GS and GI)
Furthermore.. I can log into the GI on FireFox and Chrome without issue.
Yet I tried in IE and I get "The username and/or password cannot be validated, or your account is locked out or has not been approved yet"
Any help is appreciated.
After a 35min hold.. I was greeted by some dude who's name I didn't even catch much less pronouce;
I explained my issue and he said he didn't have the tools possible to check on the issue and transfered me over to another dept from which turned out to be a phone directory.
It automatically hung up on me.
40mins wasted.
