Since GI made issues available via newsstand on the iPad, I have tried signing into My Account link inside on the top right corner. Everytime, I get the Error picture that states sorry for the inconvenience and that I'm looking for something that doesn't exist. I have retried every day this week with no avail. I have 2 subscriptions (1 print for my son and 1 digital that I use) I can get to my digital subscriptions thru the site, just not on the iPad newsstand. PLEASE HELP!
I'm having the same problem, so I emailed customer service:

Subject: Cannot access digital issues in iPad app
When I try to sign in to the iPad app I see a page telling me that I'm looking for something that doesn't exist. I assume this is the standard gameinformer.com 404 page. However, I can sign in with the same credentials to the website.

Are you kidding me! I'm pretty sure that response came from an actual cat. That's the only way I can explain that level of...well, there's no nice way to say it...incompetence.
