Hey Gameinformer,

How is everything? I have been good,  I just picked up that new fangled Kindle Fire actually. I noticed that you are not available on the app store though. So my question is this, do you plan on making your digital service available on that format? Follow up question, is there a way I can download the PDF onto my tablet? SUB QUESTION- is it better to burn out or to fade away?

The Game Informer Digital issues are unreadable in my opinion on the Kindle Fire.  please game Informer, take a cue from Wired and make your magazine a must have on the Kindle!

what do i gotta do to read it on my fire?

I canceled my print edition so in could take my magazine on the road with me. However, i did not realize how awful this would be on the kindle fire. It is unusable, unreadable and has taken the joy out of this fine magazine. I want to start my print edition again until this is fixed but dont know how to. Do i just contact GI and tell them to start sending my print edition again?

I agree. I have a digital subscription and I'd really like to read them on my Kindle Fire.

But please GameInformer, make it a good quality magazine for the kindle Fire, use high res picture's so we can see all the wonderful detail in the magazine.

Everybody is talking about their kindle fires on here but the same goes for android powered tablets. I have an internet connection so I can actually read my digital subscription on mines but it is painfully readable. If you guys could bring the experience of the PC/desktop versions closer on android that would be great. I have my tablet for portability I ordered go in digital form for portability, I starting to feel like print would be a better portable option right now!

The Kindle Fire is an Android powered tablet, but the problem is the same. It would be nice to hear from a tech guy at GI though, maybe hear if they are planning on addressing the issue eventually, or if they are currently working on something.

No word on this? Too bad, I can't see keeping a subscription to any magazine that doesn't work well on my android tablet.

There is no longer any need to post about this as there is an android app for digital subscriptions. Unless your device is not running 3.0

There still isn't an app on the Amazon appstore so this is still a problem for us Kindle Fire users.

I wish I could read this magazine on my kindle fire! Without having to have wifi. I just don't understand why they can't make a app. Comon gameinformer. I might as well cancell it!

I also have a kindle fire and was really hoping to be able to read GI through the device as well. Another vote in favor for app.
