my prob was the fact that i had moved to new place and GI had not changed there info on me... I happened to find a mag. that had my old info witch GI just forwarded to my new address... That fixed my problem and the digital GI is awesome you get more... No one told me that might be the problem and GI had no earthly idea what was going on.... hope this helps and hope they help you better than i....
hey im wondering if you could help me. ive signed up for the online mag almost a year or two (cant recall exact) but i get the emails.when i go to the app GI it says it successfully signs me in but cant find my account. can you please help me out. i only bring it up now because ive been intrigued by the newest tech and im a tech freak..can ou help?
Hello. I seem to be having the same issue as some of the people here. I get emails informing me of the new issues, but when I go to view them, it tells me my account may not be linked to my subscription. I click on the suggested link to do so, and when the Manage Subscriptions tab shows up under the account's Settings page, all I see is a blank page with a Save button at the bottom. A little exploring showed me the Email & Newsletter tab was also blank. Any chances you could help with this? Thanks.
This is obviously a giant issue since there are 19 pages dedicated to it.
Can't believe this company is doing nothing about it other than...

Having the issue of my mag being "ready to download" but the only one I see is the mag from December of 2012. I just renewed my subscription last month and switched to digital and nothing. I followed everything but nothing shows up on my iPad. Please help me out.
I just recently switched my subscription to digital and I thought I'd be able to go the "Read Current Issue" section of the site to read my magazine. When I go to this section, there are no links anywhere to open the mag. I can open the mag from the link in my email but I thought I could launch this from the website as well. Now what do I do???????????
I'm pretty highly upset. I switched to digital and yet I cannot read the mag.. can someone fix my account please or is it possible to go back to paper back copies.

before you can view your digimag you have to associate your gameinformer.com account with your subscription. To do that you can go to this page and fill out the information there.
If you're still having trouble then customer service can look up your gameinformer.com account and manually link you up. They can be reached at 1-866-844-4263.
I to cannot read the digital mag, and if i can i dont even know where to go im very confused i mean really why is this happening?
Digital subscription. Just recently had someone at Game stop switch the subscription to digital for me, unfortunately I have this tablet called a Kindle Fire HDX that no one else has and it doesn't run Google APPS so I can't read the magazine. Hitting the May day button even the people there don't know, or are lying, about not knowing that this (extremely rare) tablet can't access Google play.
It would be pretty nice if I could actually read the magazine that I pay for

This "manage subscriptions" thing is really getting on my nerves. I've been subscribed to digital for nearly a year and now this manage thing pops up and I can't sign in? I put in my zip code, then the zip code of the gamestop I bought my subsription from, and then nearly everywhere I have been along with my power up rewards card #. I have pro, and I can sign, but it keeps on saying "it can't find my subscription" Before this manage *** it was perfectly fine and now people can't see what they paid for? Is that smart? No that's a way to lose business. I already missed 2 issues, going on to a third. Can someone please fix this
