I've been trying to access my digimag for about 2weeks now(i just recently switched) and it keeps giving me some sign in error message, some help will be greatly appreciated...thank you!
Signed up for the digital version about a week ago. Cant access the app, the page or anything so I went in the store assuming i told them the wrong email. Nope.
So I go home and try to log BACK in and try. Wow I can buy a subscription?? I have one!
so I email customer support ,as I work during your banker's hours, and was told to check my email spelling *facepalm* thanks auto generated email....still can't read anything. This is stupid.
Just signed up for power up rewards with a digital subscription and never got my email with the link. I was planning on kicking back, having a glass of nice merlot, and reading game informer on my iPad. Help!
I'm also having a problem getting my digital subscription. My email here and the email I used to subscribe are already the same.
I keep getting the change private Email FAQ message when I try to view my digital subscription.
your private email address on gi.com has to be the one you subscribed with.
There's an issue with the system that processes conversion requests. We should have it resolved shortly.
Just signed up with it at the store today, how do I take advantage of the ipad app?

Hello all, I'm new here & sorry if this is in the wrong area but, I've been a PowerUPs Pro member for some time now which includes a GameInformer subscription. Not too long after that I received an email about a digital subscription so I gave it a go. I was informed that I would get 2 more paper magazines (which I did) then the rest wold go digital. My neighbor got his new paper edition a couple days ago & I'm stuck with nothing. Can someone please help with this matter? Thanks in advance! Also, i don't have any of my previous mags because I usually give them to my nephews after I'm done, I know for certain instances you need the subscription number. I have other information that might help.
Also one other thing, I believe i was in June when I went digital
I am having the same issue...never received link to digital magazine and I switched from print a couple of days ago.

i have the power up rewards pro too and the guy at gamestop told me to switch it and all that and when i did it gameinformer sent me the email saying i would get a link or could access it on the site but it doesnt do either, on the site it just says subscribe and switch to digital which i have done numerous times...idk what to do i paid for it so id like to have it.
