A few seconds? Well, since last we 'talked' it's been sitting on that page and going nowhere, there be no redirecting going on. It says it wants me to sign in (I am signed in and there is no link on that frame to sign in anyway) or subscribe (I should be subscribed, did you bother to check my account???)
Seriously, did you bother to check my account??? This is so much fail. Can you get the other guy that seemed to help people get their digimag?
Can you send me a screenshot of what you're seeing? You should be able to send me a private message and upload a screenshot.
I did bother to check your account. Everything about it looks correct. I've also impersonated your account and can see the digimag with your account. Everything I've seen in our system looks correct.
Just picked up the Digimag because the girl at GameStop made it sound better. When I try to view the current issue through the website it says;
"SIGN-IN ERROR:
There was an error while trying to process your sign-in to Game Informer Digital. In order to remedy this error, here are a few possible reasons why the sign-in was not successful and how to correct this error"
It then tells me that my email address does not match. Oddly enough, I received confirmation emails from both GameStop and GameInformer to the same email address. I'm not sure what's going on.

Recently renewed my power up card via the gamestop website and opted for the digimag but keep gettting sign in errors when i try and acces the magazine although i am already signed in any help would be greatly appreciated.
Still need any help accessing my digimag its been a week now and still cant access it and have received no feedback or help

Our system for getting new subscribers setup is SLOW over the weekends. We're working (among other things) on this. It's just taking a long time to reduce the amount of time we fulfill new orders.

You can always get the link thru power up rewards program. When you renew your subscription, click on the option for online copy.
I am unable to see the digital magazine at this time. Please help. Thanks
hi i signed up for the digital version of game informer with the power up rewards pro at game stop how do i access the magazine as i have recieved no confirmation emails or anything of the sort
