I recently switched from print to digital I received the link in my email but it takes me to the subscription page. I click on the launch button but it also just sends me to the subscription page. Any help is very much appreciated. Thanks.

also is there a way to read the magazine on an app like eDition Digital for iphone?
I recently renewed my subscription through Gamestop for the digital version, but I haven't been able to access the magazine for the past two months. I get an email that is titled as being the new issue but when I click on it, it just takes me to the webpage telling me to sign up for gameinformer.com. I also tried to view it through the website, but when I go to 'read current issue' there isn't a 'launch' button where there is supposed to be.
CAn someone help me. i register and cannot for the love of god get that LAUNCH button.....ALL 8 tabs have same pronble,....uuuuhhhm GAME INFORMER.....SEE THE PATTERN FIX IT, RESPECTFULLY

@Justin, we're working on providing a better digital experience on the iphone. However, I do not have a timeline for it.
I recently switched over from physical to Digimag access. I get the "Launch" button when I go to the magazine, but it keeps refreshing with "Checking Digimag Access" over and over in an endless loop.
I've tried on two separate browsers as well.

that sounds like a cookie issue. Will you delete your cookies and try again? If you don't want to delete all of your cookies, you can just delete the ones from gameinformer.com and editiondigital.net.
I've previously done that but I just tried it again. Same issue - it just keeps looping and refreshing the page. It goes to "Checking Digimag access", forwards to a page on editiondigital.net and then back to Checking Digimag access.
I've tried it with Firefox, Chrome and Internet Explorer on 2 different computers.
