This site makes me feel like an r-tard. I am spending over an hour and a half trying to get my digital magazine. I signed up today, followed the directions on how to do it. And the GD launch button still wont show up. Plus WTF why is there no support for Tablets and other devices made for viewing digital magazines. This is ridiculous!
I hit read current issues and I can't view the digital version. Why?

sildanxr, check that your email on GI matches the one you signed up for the digimag with.
I changed it. Can't i changed it without affecting the subscription.
If you want it changed, send it to me in a private message and I'll forward to request to customer service who can update your digimag subscription email to match the one on GI.
Why doesn't your customer service operate? I've sent a few emails about not getting my digital issue and you still don't respond.
I am having the same problem as most people, I go to the "Read Current Issue" tab and there is no launch button. I contacted customer service and they gave me instructions that did not apply to this situation at all. I would appreciate your help. Thank you.
Mrrr. Same issue here. Can't access the magazine from the site due to no launch button. Can only access the magazine from my email.
Correct me if I'm wrong, but it sounds like you guys need to work on the root of the problem, instead of just fixing it for individual subscribers. I'm sure there are plenty more people with the same problem who aren't leaving messages here.
Same issue here, I even paid TWICE for this but it still doesn't work.
I don't even get my email. I subscribed both print version and digital but I don't get both.
So you ever going to fix mine? I have no idea what my sub number is so I can't contact support.
I haven't been able to access my subscription for months and I'm pretty mad. I used to be able to at least access the most recent issue through the emails, but now that doesn't work. Please fix this.
