I never got the email with the digital magazine link. So I tried signing in with my gamestop email account, and created a password, but every time I try to sign in it sayys my account can't be verified, is locked, or hasn't been validated. So I had to create another account (this one) just so I could post here...since my real account is locked. Please pm me so I can give you my original email account that is tied to the digital subscription that I purchased. Thanks....
Joey emailed me asking for the email of my original account so he could research it. However, the email he sent me says "do not reply to this email." Thus, I assume my response was not received. Please email me with instructions on how I can contact you and give you my original account information. Thanks....

I switched to digital, twice, and didn't get an email either time for my digital issue,and I can't read it online. What's the problem?
Have the same issue again, is there any reason why it would keep happening?
I renewed my powerup pro membership back at the end of august, and decided to opt for the digital version of the mag this time around, but the only email I received was one thanking me for renewing, no magazine link, and there's no launch link shows up on this site either. Help?

Thanks for the reply. Although, unfortunately, I'm still a little confused. The email I use for my powerup rewards account AND for my gamestop account, is the exact same one I use for my Game Informer account. So I'm not sure how my digital magazine one would be different. Just in case, I did try changing my Gameinformer email to two other email addresses that I thought might work, but I still couldn't get the Launch button to show up for either of them. Although this could be because I didn't allow enough time in between for the website to react properly. In any case, is there any way for you to privately tell me what email is registered for my digital version? Because at this point, I'm just not sure what's going on.
I renewed my membership about a month ago, and I get the launch button on the magazine page, but when I click it, it loads the subscribe page. I had access to it a few days ago, and now, nothing. Can you fix this?
Hi Elliot, I took a look and discovered your subscription has expired and has to be renewed to gain access.
thanks man. but i just went to my gamestop and they confirmed that i renewed my subscription when i renewed my power up membership. so. either yousre wrong or the computerss wrong. wtf?
I made the switch to digital on September 14th, got the confirmation e-mail, received the newest physical magazine, but did not get an e-mail for the digital issue.
I switched to the Digital issue about a week ago now. I can view the magazine fine through the link in my email. But if I go through GameInformer's site, the launch button never appears to allow me access to my digital magazine. I emailed Customer Support and was given a reply along the lines of:
"Digital GameInformer subscriptions are not available in PDF format for the
iPad, iPhone, BlackBerry, Kindle etc. You will need to use a device that has a
continuous internet connection to a web browser."
I'm using my laptop, and Chrome/Firefox
And sure enough, the moment I post something here, the launch button appears.
