The lights are on
Please bear with us as we have launched in beta so you may notice a bug or two. The best thing you can do is let us know right here in the Site Feedback Forum. Have a question or comment regarding the new site? This is your place.
You're account was set to moderated. I changed it. You should be good now.
I have a problem with my profile.
I'm trying to update my profile but it won't let me edit. Plus when I leave comments or replys on articles it never shows up. :/
"Don't judge me monkey."
I don't see anything obviously wrong with your account that would cause this. Can you provide details/steps/urls on what happens? When you click on "Edit Profile" on your profile page, what happens? The page "should" reload with text boxes where you can change your profile fields and there should be a "Save Profile" link above your status update section.
After I finish typing my new bio, I clicked the "Save Profile" but nothing happens. It doesn't save or anything.
I'm trying to reproduce the behavior. I'm using Safari on a Mac. What browser and OS are you using?
Internet Explorer on Windows
I can't reproduce the behavior you've described. I pulled it up in IE 8, Windows, and when I clicked "Save Profile" it worked.
No matter what size or format of pictures I attempt to upload to use as my profile image, it always comes up with a strange error message. Every. Single. Time.

(by the way, if it helps I'm using the latest version of Firefox, and I can pull up a screenshot if that's necessary)
Screenshot would help. Please.
EDIT: Posted it below, rather than linking to it.
It's now not letting me see any of my post or comments people leave me.
I don't know what to do. I mean should I just delete my profile and start a new one? Cause I want to be on gameinformer to read articles, to comment on them and read some feedback from other people.
Can you try a different browser? Firefox? Chrome?
Hey. I just noticed a bug on the official bug thread page itself. The advertisement module is showing a reference not set to instance exception. Upper right hand corner of this page. "Document.write(obj ref not set to instance of object)"
<div class="layout-region-inner right-sidebar"><div class="content-fragment ad-zone" id="fragment-8743">
<div class="advertisement ">
document.write('Object reference not set to an instance of an object.');
ln 323 -328. Using IE9. Hope this helps :)
