I'm also unable to access my digital subscription. I made the switch on Nov. 7th, and since then have gotten two emails informing me that my request had been received. I have emailed customer service twice and got no reply. I called yesterday morning and spoke with a customer service rep. He informed me that my request had been received but for an unknown reason had been unable to process. He assured me he would fix the problem and asked that I try logging back in after about 10 minutes and I would be able to access the magazine. As of today I have still yet to receive any sort of confirmation email and am still unable to read my digital issues. I've cleared my cookies and triple-checked to ensure my emails match. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
@Javier - I'm in the same boat as you. Made the switch on the 7th and still nothing. I emailed customer service today about the problem.
I have done this and they already matched even though I still get the error when I try to read the current issue. It has been since the 8th of November when the GTA V article issued and I haven't seen an e-mail. Like the others I have e-mailed customer service and called and have had no success. Help?
I'm having the same issue as most of you here. Ordered the digital subscription through Gamestop on Monday and immediately received a confirmation email from them that the order has been received. But it has been almost 40 hours now and I still can't access and enjoy my digital subscription. And yes, my email address is the same on both. Any help or suggestion would be appreciated. Thanks.
@clavenglaven, we just published the digital version (after the 8th, I think it was the 12th or 13th. So you should be able to see it right now.

Same issues here. Tried to switch to digital a couple of times and no luck with the sign in to use the digital copies. Emails and accounts are good.
