I've checked and I've rechecked but I could not figure out why the email addresses do not match. The email I gave for the Gamestop Power Up Pro subscription matches the one I used for the Game Informer site so in theory it should be working. Anyone have this problem?
i also have this problem, I've been trying to read the magazine but keep receiving the same Sign-In Error
Same here. And when I try to update my profile settings with a different email, it just times out. And has for days. Would like to be able to read this mag..

yeah I am having the same problem too. Game Informer really needs to have a way for us to check what our public and private e-mail addresses are. How can we know that they match if we can't see them in the first place?
In your case you do not have a public email listed, as for your private email if you want to verify what that is you can go to your Settings and scroll down to the E-Mail Configuration section under the Site Options tab, and if you want to change your public email you can do that under the Profile Options tab.
No thank you, I already know how to check my private e-mail address. It's the public one that's the problem.
Oh wait! Sweet! Thanks for telling me about how to change the public! I checked and noticed that my public e-mail address is blank. I wish I knew this before! They should post this on their FAQ because I they walk you through how to change your private but nowhere does it say how to change to public e-mail.
I did this and still I receive the same problem. is it something on their part?
There is no Private Email field on the Site Options tab under the Email Configuration section or anywhere else under Settings. Where do I change my private email address?
I registered for the online version and I was able to read the last two issues, but now every time I try to read this issue it says I need to sign in or register. I've tried signing in and signing out and it still doesn't let me read it.
SilverGuillotine, I took a look and it appears that your subscription to GI expired on 10/01/2012. This would be the reason that you are unable to view. Have you renewed recently? If so shoot me the info and I will take a look.

I sent an email to GI and the problem was that I renewed my subscription as print the month before i switched to digital. They switched my new subscription and I am able to access it now.
CAN SUM1 help me out... im having the same damn problem with the sign in error omfg..... i switched a week ago and both same emails on same acc and it wont let me read omg says sign error
Same problem here in UK. Sign in error page from my account, and the subscription was bought today. Can anyone here help me out? Feels like I've wasted my money.
