    My name is James, and I'm a communication student. My group and I have been assigned to do a project that analyzes the communication culture within a specific organization. Everyone in my group is a subscriber to this magazine, so we thought it would be great to do our project on Game Informer.

    You are probably wondering why I am posting this here. Well, that would be because after 10+ phone calls, 5 emails, 2 messages sent through this website, and 2 voice mails left at the customer service line with no response whatsoever, I finally got a reply to one of the emails I sent in. They gave me a new phone number, which I proceeded to call, and no one ever answered, leading me to leave another voice mail. When I got no response, I replied to the email again telling them the issue, and finally they sent me here. I am very frustrated with the run-around I have been given over the past week.

    All my group and I need is to talk to one single employee who can answer some very basic questions, which won't take more then 15 minutes to answer. And, as I've said in every communication sent to your magazine, if no one is available to answer my questions, please simply tell me no, instead of giving me another line of communication that leads no where.

    I am hoping to hear from someone soon. Thank you for your time.


  • I believe customer service center has been bombed...or never existed.
