So the switch from a physical copy to a digital copy has been extremely frustrating. I currently have a 12-month subscription purchased under my GameStop account that reads: "Digital Game Informer 12 Months - Books and Magazines". Next to it, it says 1 ordered, 0 shipped. I put in the order on the 14th of September.
I'm using the same e-mail on my GameInformer account as my Gamestop account. What can I do to fix this problem?
