So here is the deal, I have a subscription for digital mags that I got when I became a Pro member for gamestop. I had tied it to 1 email when I got it, but I didn't like the name anymore so I made a new email. I tried to make it so my subscriptions would go to the new email via the directions customer service game me:
"Thank you for contacting GameInformer. To update your email address, please follow the instructions below:- visit our website at http://www.gameinformer.com/- log into your account with your current username and password- at the top of the page, click the "Settings" link in blue. - on the settings page, under Site Options, scroll to the section "Email Configuration".- enter your new email address in the "Private email" field- click save- After clicking the 'Save' button, you will receive a confirmation in a green box."
I did all that in that order, but I didn't get the green box. Although, after I refreshed it my private email was still the new email. But I still got the digital mag for the april edition in the old email.
Did it matter that I did not get the green comfirmation box?
