Hello all,I have seen a million people on here complaining about not being able to get their digital issues for one reason or another. Here's my problem, which seems to be somewhat unique.
I just switched to a digital subscription, and after ironing out an issue with my email address they had on file, I got an email saying my first issue was ready. I even have the "Launch" button in my account!
The problem? Any time I hit launch, it says it's checking my subscription status, then loads a white page, then loads the same page about checking my status, and so on. Those 2 pages just keep looping by!
Tried accessing in 4 internet browsers (Firefox, IE, Opera, Chrome) on my desktop, and a couple on my tablet, and all of them exhibit the same behavior...I'm at a loss.
Anyone else have this problem? Is there a staff member out there that can help? =)

I'm having the same problem i really think they should fix this what is the point of having digital if it doesn't work i also just end up reading about game news from gamefly app and Pulse game feed
im having the same problem. Hopefully alot of these issues will get fixed soon.
Same here. Flash is up to date so i know that's not the problem. I am using a Mac however, so I don't know if that makes a difference.
yep, same here. really disappointing to have this issue. makes me wanna subscribe to another game mag.
I am part of the team that runs GI.com. We apologize that you are running into this issue. We are hard at work trying to resolve it.
Until the permanent fix is in place, we have a temporary workaround -
1. delete your gameinformer.com cookie (or all cookies).
2. log-in again.

I just made the switch to digital earlier this afternoon and am running into this problem. I tried this workaround but am still experiencing the issue. Just keeps loading the "Checking your digimag access" page.
Hey, sorry I haven't updated this. Kinda forgot about it.
After trying to call customer service, but never getting through to a live person, I emailed customer service instead. They were able to resolve my issue within a few days.
It wasn't simply an issue of cookies for me. Like I said, I tried multiple browsers on multiple devices, and all of them did it. I had also tried clearing cookies and cache on all of those browsers, which did nothing.
