I am already signed in when I get this message. I went to the Registration FAQ and it says to pull up Settings and then "email and newsletter." Well, my "Email and Newsletter" tab is showing up as a blank white page along with my "Manage subscriptions" page. Please help!
The November issue keeps crashing on my Samsung Tablet. All digital copies do not work like they are suppose to.
I have this same exact issue. This has been the case ever since I subscribed to this Game Informer. I'm fed up with it and I definitely wont renew my subscription if this doesn't get fixed, because I haven't been able to read a single magazine!

I can't access any issues after switching from print to digital. At first it wouldn't find my subscription. After calling the help line I was able to locate it, however, if I go to manage subscriptions it says I don't have any subscriptions. I have been a long time print subscriber and I am fed up. I paid for the magazine and I can't even access it. The site is always crashing on me with a Internal Server'/' App failure. This is unacceptable.
