Hey, I'm a subscriber to Game Informer, but I haven't gotten my December issue yet, even though the january issue is about to come out. The contact customer page is currently down, so I'm guessing that might be where you submit that. But I'm just wondering, does anyone else have this problem? And it might be that I renewed it right about when they kick started the new website, so it got lost in translation or something. Thanks for the help!

That's what I get when I go to that page. Is it just me or is it just temporary?

How about that... I broke it.   Stand by, lol.  Sorry about that, putting up a new feature for the site that conflicted with this one.

 First off, there's a page somewhere on the site where you click on the months of issues that you didn't get and then it gets sent to Game Infomer and they send you the issues. Also, F.Y.I., I sent my subscription card to Game Informer in 11/09 and didn't get my Edge Card until early 12/09, and I didn't get my January 2010 issue of Game Informer until late 12/09- just after Christmas. The point is, it usually takes up to 6 weeks to get your first issue. So don't worry, it will come.

yeah i signed up like a week before christmas 09 and my friend did the same. he has already received 2 issues. ones that ive been waiting for but i still havent got them yet.

I would call the gameinformer company and let them know you have yet to receive the magazine.
