Just call them or email. Yes it takes awhile but they may even send you the copies you missed. Mine is sorted out(I hope)
Got my fingers crossed I'll still get October's print issue. As a huge fan of Halo, I like adding magazines with Halo featuring in them into my Halo collection. Here's hoping mine's sorted by then.
I send an email on monday and still no response from them at all.
Trying to call the number to get some answers. I am switching right now, this is BS. Even the Android app won't download the enormous files without failing. If the site is in Beta make switching optional, even promote the crap out of it but don't switch people to something that doesn't work yet. Good grief Charlie Brown.

Up above click Magazine > Contact us > Under Digital there is a FAQ link for it just read the options.
I can not believe that they tell me at my local GameStop that they are not allowed to switch my issues from digital to print. Also if you forget your passwords for GameStop and Game Informer etc. And you change one of them it will change for GameStop and Power up rewards it will not change for Game informer so that eliminates that option of changing from print and digital online. So what do I do?
I was told when I renewed my subscription at my local store in West Lebanon, New Hampshire (USA) that pretty soon they were not going to be doing print editions soon and that I could sign up for print for the remainder of it's shelf life or to switch to digital now. I am the type that uses it as bathroom reading material. A loyal subscriber/reader for nearly 10 years and now this. I am not happy!!
Where do I find my subscriber number so I can switch to print? I found the form in the contact us portion of the magazine drop down menu but I don't know where to find my subscriber number to submit it.
I don't like that I was tricked into switching to digital. When I renewed my subscription I received an email saying I could get digital copies and I would still get the physical copy as well. Went to gamestop and they gave me the issues I have not received in the mail. I now switched from digital to physical copy a couple minutes ago. I'm just hoping I don't get screwed again. On top of that I haven't even received my digital copies either. I think it's pretty lame. Make our options clear and not so shady.
It's on the back of the magazine in the address area. It's the 8 digit number right above your name.
That's all fine and dandy but I haven't received my first issue yet. I signed up for a gamestop card and they made me pay for the subscription. I was in such a hurry to get out of the store because I had to be somewhere that I didn't notice until I got home and looked at my receipt. I emailed customer service and got a reply yesterday saying my subscription has been switched. ^_^
