@ ikeelu99 - Please see conversion steps above, we'd be happy to help!
I was also wondering, thanks for the help Ted :D
Also, c'mon guys. We understand that it's much cheaper to get people to take the digital copies as you don't have to pay for printing and shipping, etc. But tricking us into it by not telling us that we're automatically subscribed to the digital copy, that just makes you seem evil and such.
Instead, you should tell people the perks of the digital copies, and let them reach that choice themselves. We don't all have internet access ya'know?
But other than that, love the magazine, love the site, and love the support. Keep it up guys :D
go to magazine then at the digital section choose " change didgital to print" under it
cant access my digital issue help?
go to the magazine tab then click contact us its right under the digital choice
Considering how much money they save on digital copies they should offer discounts of some kind as well.
I switched around 3 months ago and I still haven't gotten any issues, physical or otherwise. They better ship all of the issues I haven't received.

If you hadn't received a copy of the magazine, I would call the GameInformer number and speak with Customer Support for this.
i think it is stupid that when you renew they automatically put u digital. why would they do that? its not like everyone likes to get a digital copy. in MY opinion its just a little ridiculous and not i have to wait 4 to 6 weeks. In MY opinion(again) thats dumb
This whole thing is a crock of caca!!! This isn't a free ezine. We pay for these subcriptions. To switch subcribers to digital, automatically, without given them a choice at the time is flat out wrong. I have now missed the past few issues, which makes me very angry. I don't have time to read magazines online. I do have a job, school, and kids. My son doesn't have access to a computer at all, and therefore can't read them at all online. This was extremely bad business. In the very LEAST you should have sent an "opt-in/opt-out" letter and gave subcribers a chance to do so before switching them.
I dont know i been looking everywhere because the digital its a waste of money because its slow and annoying -__- and the ipad app doesn't work on iPod/iPhone which sucks because the pc isnt mine :(
The only way I would switch to digital is if it was as mobile as having a print copy in my hands. Seeing as I don't have an iPad and there's no app for the iPod touch or iPhone, having it shackled to my computer does nothing for me.
Maybe if they'd make a universal iOS app I would switch, but I do feel like I'd get cheated that way. If they're saving money by me having a digital subscription then I'd like to see some savings as well.
I e-mailed them today to switch my subscription back to print. I hope it goes smoothly and quickly. I do appreciate getting instructions on how to do it, now I just hope there's no problems or run around to make it happen.
4 months ago I did the digital to print thing and was told I would have to wait 2 months and I'm still getting digital. Stay classy Game Informer...
@Ethan - Hi, please send us an email at gameinformer-digital@gameinformer.com with your complete name, complete mailing address and the email your digital is currently being sent to. We'll get this corrected for you.
Thanks!
@Ted Hi Ted, I emailed support about 2 weeks ago to change my subscription from digital to print, but I never got an email reply back. I was just wondering if I was supposed too, or do they not respond and just change the subscriptions? Thanks.
