The lights are on
Confused about continuity? Want to start your own Marvel vs. DC superhero war? Head on in to pick apart storylines, books, artists, authors, and much more. The superhero registration line starts here.
Yeah, but they have been showing Trinity War to be much more of a marvel-style event.
@Cameron: Hmm. The only one I really know about is Age of Ultron so I guess that one. : /
My pull list
Vocatus atque non vocatus deus aderit.
DC currently has around Three major events going on right now DOTF, H'el, and Rotworld...
"If you really loved me you'd all kill yourselves right now" -Spider Jerusalem
@Chaos: *Slaps forehead* No, duh! How could I have forgotten about those. I'm only following DOTF, but will surely grab trades of Swamp Thing and tie ins for Rotworld. Thanks for the reminder.
Wait, Infinity is this year *reads post on Marvel website*. Damn you Marvel, isn't Age of Ultron enough. At least it'll start on free Comic Book day.
Peaceful Days died, Let's Survive
I'm just really psyched about Trinity War

Connection Is Power
Well that looks more like just a harmless friendly little event (Thank Gosh!) like Punisher: Warzone or Avengers: X-sanction, whereas AoU will be shipping $5 comics every week! (I think) and span like 12-somethin' issues.
WHAT IS THIS TRINITY WAR I KEEP NOT HEARING ABOUT!?
Trinity War is DC's event they've been building up ever since Pandora showed up in Flashpoint #5 (She was in the timeline-merging sequence). It was teased in last years FCBD New 52 #1. It looks like it will be the New 52 JLA vs. the Justice League in a "war". I think you can get the FCBD issue at the DC website.
@Jagedar: Nice avatar! Yeah, I'm interested in seeing how things are going to go with Trinity War as Phantom Stranger #4 had some interaction between the PS and Pandora and the Spectre, a favorite character of mine, was alluded to. Haven't read/don't know if issue 5 is out but I'm psyched to see what happens. Nevermind. What I just talked about doesn't seem to tie in to what you said. Carry on, gents.
I THINK Justice League Dark is the third team in Trinity War (Trinity, ya know three) because I know I remember seeing Deadman in the big splash page.
oh, and Atom is in that picture which means he is going to join the JLA.
I figured the "trinity" referred to the trinity of sin as shown in the FCBD issue. Who knows? It's likely trinity has multiple meanings in the event. On an unrelated note, did anyone else know Geoff Johns (whose writing Trinity War) left Green Lantern!?
Oh yeah, lol, forgot about the Trinity of Sin. And yeah, we were talking about Geoff leaving GL in the Interview/Article thread.
