Queso - sorry for the late reply - I'm a lazy graduate student that often suffers from the consequences of my procrastination... ;)
To answer your question, Yes, Sinestro has his own solo now. Very much Eaglesham and Cullen Bunn writing/drawing Sinestro as he was meant to be: a passionate anti-hero that very much pursues his ideals and is not shy of using all means/manners to do so. I can't recommend it enough.
Some new info: I'm a die-hard DC guy since the late 90s when I dropped off the Marvel wagon, but on a whim, I followed a friend's recommendation and recently picked up Uncanny X-Men Vol. 3 in hardcover...and was blown away. SOLID team book and definitely NOT what I was expecting after my extended hiatus from the folks at 1407 Greymalkin Lane (Professor X School's address in the books...)
Short synopsis (some spoiler-y info...you've been warned):
Professor X is dead. Dead dead. Cyclops has taken some of the former students and started his own school. Wolverine has kickstarted the Jean Grey School on the grounds of the old X mansion. The Avengers and S.H.I.E.L.D. hate Cyclops' team. Wolverine and his school hate Cyclops' team. Cyclops no longer believes that a peaceful existence is possible between mutant and humans. Action, friction, and fireworks ensue. Currently, the arc is set to reveal the Last Will and Testament of Charles Xavier, and revelations are promised to occur. Jump on now and enjoy the ride! I know I am.
