@Cameron: Sadly, I have to agree with Chaos concerning monetary value, but that's now what's important. Let's see some pics of some of your faves!
@Chaos: Still waiting on pics from you. :-)
My pull list
Vocatus atque non vocatus deus aderit.
I will post some when I can :)
@Cameron: We look forward to it. :-)
You never asked for pics

@Chaos: Not for anything in particular, but I did ask you in general. I should have stated that this thread was more geared towards posting pictures of your collection gems.
"@Chaos is Beauty: Welcome back! :) Glad to hear your input. Do you have any photos you'd like to post? Great grab with paying cover price for Gotham by Gaslight. How'd you manage that one? "
So in anticipation of Angela's arrival in the Marvel universe I got Spawn #9 (her first appearance) Angela #1 (her first book) and Age of Ultron #10 (The Angela variant) Here is the photo. Will these be worth anything ever? Who knows, but it is fun to have them. For some reason I feel like I shouldn't take the AU variant out of the baggy. I am sure Chaos will set me straight on wether or not that makes sense.
That's cool, and yeah, I don't know for sure, but I'd say keeping the bag on it would increase the value (if there is value). Chaos probably does know though.
Soon I think I will have a comic with some value to it, Batman vol.3 (DotF) is coming out in october and ONLY the first prints have a unique cover: it's a wraparound cover of joker's face, But the special thing is what's under it... Joker's skinless face. But yeah, only on the first prints.
@FAMESREVENGE: Hmm. I'm not sure but I'd keep them bagged and boarded for sure. As far as value is concerned, I'm sure there'll be a spike around the time Angela reappears but there are a lot of factors to take into account for long term value. I'd focus on keeping her first appearance as I assume it's from the 90's and even books that young can yellow. Personally, I'd prefer to sell them as a set as I like that idea, but you may get more selling them separately.
@Cameron: I'm confused. Are you saying they're doing a first printing in October with that weird cover? Wouldn't they not be first printings or are they doing a separate printing?
They are first printed in October, with the special cover, but every printing after that has a regular cover.
@ Fame, yeah the angela stuff is nice, I don't think it'll ever really be worth a ton of money though so keeping the bag on or not is a personal choice I'd say, but from a collector perspective keeping the bag on generally increases the value, who knows, someday it might be a neat little piece of history and you'll have one of only a few that are still sealed in the bag
@Queso, sorry about that, I'd post pics but it's kind of a headache getting pictures on my computer, I'll see what I can do
Oh, good, I can.
