Okay! This thread is for general discussion about Cartoon Network/Adult Swim's Saturday night anime. It could be pretty much anything. How do you like the new lineup? Toonami's past. Shows you wish they'd air. Shows you miss. etc. etc. I'll get things going by saying: Deadman Wonderland is CRAZY! I'm really liking it. Ganta always makes me think of Renton from Eureka Seven (same illustrator) one of my favorite anime. Cashern Sins I'm also liking. Great art style and story development. The story is moving slow, but we're experiencing it as Cashern would.
What was last night's review I missed it.
I'm liking deadman wonderland but casshern sins seems like a trigun ripoff.
thought we had one. but they need more views if they hope to gain more money for newer shows and new tom shorts.

Toonami was canceled before I got into it, but I'm thrilled it's come back! It's always seemed to have the best dubbed anime... better than 4kids, at least. Yuck. My bf is thrilled it's coming back as well- he watched it all the time, apparently. I wonder exactly what they'll be showing...? xP

im pretty sure Cashern is older then trigun or its a remake of a older series.
its a remake i think it news than trigun a bit. animation wise you can tell.
I wonder if Deadman Wonderland is going to get a second season :(

Well despite the similarity with Trigun, I have to say Cashern Sins has been great so far. The art/animation is so good! And honestly I think I'm in love with Cashern! He's drawn so friggin beautiful it's amazing! His blue eyes, round face, pale skin and amazingly awesome hair is stunning! Cashern is gorgeous! The english dub for Cashern is really good and the emo/lone wolf thing Cashern has going-on makes him all the more attractive (that's like a magnet to me for some reason....) His outfit and build are sweet too... I don't care if he's a robot... So far this has been my favorite new show on Toonami.
Yea cashern is pretty sweet. I read what happens on wikipedia and must say its going to get good.

I love all the shows that's on Toonami but I just wish they could add a few more shows like Hellsing, High School of The Dead, and the original FMA. I also think Toonami should be on more than one day like Friday.
