The lights are on
Atlus has released a new trailer for Trine 2, an upcoming downloadable platformer with gorgeous visuals and mind-bending, physics-based puzzles.
At the core of Trine 2's gameplay is an emphasis on teamwork. The game features three different characters: a wizard, a thief, and a knight. Each character has their own special abilities, and making your way through the colorful levels will require some clever solutions. You'll switch off between the three protagonists on the fly if you're playing alone, but Trine 2 also features online and offline co-op for you and two buddies to work together. The video below will give you an idea of some of the puzzles and monsters you'll be up against, but to get a better sense of what Trine 2 is all about, read Tim Turi's detailed hands-on impressions of the game.

awesome art style.
i'll have to play the first one
The first game was extremely impressive in it's own right, but man, they've taken the sequel to a whole new level in quality. Amazing.
One of the most overlooked and stunning platformers out there. Cannot wait for the sequel!
The co-op feature makes it even more exciting!
The game looks even better than the first one, I can't wait.
when is the release date?
Amazing art style. I'll definitely be getting this. I love sidecrollers & seeing the beautiful imagination put into this has me real excited.
