The lights are on
Nearly 10 years after the release of Rome: Total War, PC fans will finally get another go at Roman conquest on September 3.
The Total War series is known for turn-based diplomacy, infrastructure management, and huge real-time tactical battles. Total War: Rome II carries on that legacy, but also packs a revamped graphics engine and an all-new unit camera, which allows players to see the perspective of any unit on the battlefield.
Developer Creative Assembly launched a new Cleopatra trailer this week for E3, which can be seen below. An earlier gameplay trailer can be seen here.
Visit our E3 News Headquarters for all the stories from the show.
Rome shall conquer all that stand against her.
I'm playing the Macedonians!
Looks pretty neat!
God I need to hurry up and get a decent desktop for this...
The campaign looks a lot more brighter and easier on the eyes than previous entries. Almost like a Civ 5 feeling. Regardless it looks great!
Already pre-ordered :)
Stuff like this might get me more into on-line gaming. :0
I just can't wait. It's been a long time since III, and I'm glad to soon be back in the TW action...
