This is one of the worst tony hawk game i have ever played. OH MY GOD I CAN NOT TRUST THIS GAME! It's bad in every way possible. I used to always play tony hawk games and this took two years to make and it SUCKS. Thanks a lot tony for this game every one is spitting on it. I trusted this game but after the name change to ride and E3 i said this sucks. This is a waste of your money i am saving you from buying this ungreatful game. I am done with you tony and done with your past of games!

This game is horrible. I don't see how this skateboard actually works. It barely knows what trick I'm trying to do. The graphics are ok, but there is no dang concept. All you do is ride around confusingly messing up all the time. This is only my optimistic point of view. Tony Hawk is 100% POSER!!!!!!!!!!!!! The developers must died making this game in the process. This is nothing like the other Tony Hawk games. This is like barbies compared to Tony Hawk's other games. THIS GAME STINKS. I'm warning you Tony Hawk developers. Do not ever, EVER make a game similar to this!

come on, just end this crap now. Tony is too old now! And this game proves it. Slap a great sports figure on a crappy game and sell it for 120 bucks. Not cool dudes!!

Tony I have purchased every Tony Hawk game that has come out, save the one on the Wii, a console I only recently acquired. Thus far I have not been truly disappointed. I could quibble, but these would only be quibbles. That having been said, I will likely never purchase Tony Hawk's new game 'Ride.' Despite the fact that the price dropped almost $30 a few weeks ago it is still just too bloody expensive. My new wii cost about the same. It doesn't matter how gimmicky or cool or cutting edge the controller is, it's just to much. It would be one thing if it were likely that it would be used for many other games, but it won't. It's a proprietary piece of tech that only Tony Hawk and games published by the same company will likely ever use. (And given the mixed reception I can't see even the next major T.Hawk release using it exclusively.) In truth, even if I could afford to spend that kind of money on a game I'm not sure I'd want it. If I had the sort of balance needed to use it I'd probably buy a real skateboard.

im sorry. this game isnt as good as it sounds. I spent all Christmas asking for it only to get my gameinformer mag and read the rating Cristmas eve. Thanks, "Santa"

I think that people don't like it because they don't know how to play. The game is fun. If you get used to the game then you WILL LIKE IT!

It is a waste of time to play this game, it is FRUSTRATING and I am sorry but I skateboard and I am HUGE fan of Tony Hawk but now this game is a HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT for every fan like me I wasted $ 120 dollars for this?????? I really want my money back and I don't recomended seriously but no.

Tony Hawk Review

Tony Hawk RIDE to me, is a complicated game.They do have some features that are new but I think Tony Hawk went a little above and beyond on this one without carfully planning.The controls to me are very difficult.I only know how to ollie.When in Skate 2 I can do a 360 Hardflip 360.To me, it really doesent look like their going to get any big sales on this one.

While this game was anticipated a lot by Tony Hawk gamers not many others will go for this "type" of experience. The new peripheral is only slightly fun... at first. Not only is it hard to use but it's not responsive and detracts from the otherwise okay experience. I think that overall only fans of the series and kids will enjoy this experience at all.
