Those who played it on PC, including our own Adam Biessener, consider The Witcher 2 one of the best games of 2011. Thankfully, it's coming to Xbox 360 in April.

The Xbox 360 version is called The Witcher 2: Assassins of Kings Enhanced Edition for a reason. In this new developer diary video, CD Projekt Red describes how they've brought an amazing looking PC title to a home console with the same quality of graphics, while making some improvements along the way.

I'm glad my fellow gamers finally get to experience The Witcher 2. Hopefully CD Projekt Red will eventually release for all systems (minus the Wii of course).

As a PC gamer I love CD Projekt RED. I'm sure they will impress the console gamers by their absolutely great games. I don't know if people realize what an amazing experience they are in for.

I am somewhat worried about this release. Not because of the game, it is one of the best I have ever played. The game does have some very adult themes in it though and you just know parents are going to buy it for 12 year olds. These parents will then be outraged by the game and Fox news will have another video game bashing story.

Same quality graphics?! No. I can clearly see the Console version is running at a lower LOD, lighting, and resolution with pop-in.

Im now as, or more, excited for this than any other game this year. Mass Effect is my favorite game series, but my excitement for Witcher 2 is equal to that of Mass Effect 3. Cant wait to see what all my PC bretheren have been praising.

Enhanced Edition is what I'm looking forward to most this year. Can't wait to continue the journey after Loc Muinne.
