The Lord of the Rings: War in the North
The Lord of the Rings: War in the North has an emphasis on co-operative play, and there are some good reasons why. Not only does it provide a chance to highlight three of Middle-earth's dominant races, but it also happens to be great fun. At least, that's what developer Snowblind Studios says in a new developer diary for the action/RPG.
Even if the video below is light on big gameplay reveals, it is a great showcase for the game's brutal real-time combat. If you're looking for an excuse to dismember a giant spider or turn an orc into a walking blood fountain, you've come to the right place.
The Lord of the Rings: War in the North is shipping on PC, PlayStation 3, and Xbox 360 on November 1.
