The lights are on
Ubisoft’s most ambitious ongoing project, Tom Clancy’s The Division, continues to pique our interest. E3 introduced a disturbing cinematic trailer focused on the fall of New York and some engaging gameplay as players attempt to take back the city.
The UbiBlog caught up with game director Ryan Barnard, who gives us a bit more insight into the Cleaners. These slightly mad thugs seek out the most infected areas to burn bodies and eliminate any living people they suspect of carrying the contagion.
We also get a look at some of the technology that players will have at their disposal when the game arrives next year. For more on The Division, check out our additional preview coverage from E3.

I'm kind of cautiously optimistic about the game but I'm waiting until we start getting more concrete info before I do anything definite.
This game looks so good, I just hope it's not a huge dissapointment.
What I find most interesting in this video interview is the "Echos", because it looks like that's the mechanic that will deliver the game's lore to the players.
I hope the game is great.
I'm still quite excited for this. I do hope I can disable the PvP if I just want to play with some friends and not get overrun by a bunch of tryhards.
Is it me or does the gas mask on screenshot above look kinda like luigi?
So ambitious, it seems like it's somewhat like a Destiny shared universe I think with story missions and other type of quests within the world. 2015 = Epic
I am so excited about this next year!!
Too many distractions (games), never enough time!
I'm gonna have fun shooting up these a holes!
Im all in for this game. But what kind of gang names themselves the 'cleaners'? is their leader Mr Clean?
I want to love this. However, as a gamer-dad playing a game I could never pause may be impossible...
