The Cursed Crusade
Atlus' upcoming co-op action-adventure title borrows heavily from the Assassin's Creed series, but after watching this trailer I'm pretty confident this game can stand on its own. This new trailer is packed with fast-paced combat, capable voice acting, and frenetic combat. Check it out for yourself.
As an added bonus I've included the exact text contained in the trailer's press release from Atlus' Aram Jabbari. Aram has guest-starred on our very own Replay series, and has a terrific sense of humor. It definitely shines bright here:
"This new 'sizzle' trailer is an over-the-top thrill ride full of some of the 13th century drama and brutal, gory finishing moves that fans of the genre can look forward to," masticated Aram Jabbari, Manager of PR and Sales at ATLUS, his mouth full of trailer. "We've been talking a lot about how cinematic The Cursed Crusade is, how real and visceral its medieval combat feels, and how fulfilling it can be to go through the entirety of the epic campaign with a friend, locally or online, in cooperative mode. This trailer really brings all of that home," he concluded, sated.
He's a joker, but a real pro. The Cursed Crusade hits Xbox 360 and PS3 on July 26.
