Launch Trailer Blows Up Everything With Alien Technology

The Bureau: XCOM Declassified launches tomorrow, and 2K has put together a launch trailer to make sure you don't forget.

It recalls the best parts of the early '60s, like smoking indoors, wearing suits all the time, and aliens. Lots and lots of Aliens.

Check out the launch trailer below, and pick up the game on Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, and PC tomorrow.

  • And where is the review?
  • Don't really expect this to be amazing, but I did say the same thing about Enemy Unknown and I was very wrong...
  • Hope this is good I have been playing xcom seance I was like 6 please don't ruin it now
  • The publisher probably blocked the reviews because they know the game isn't up to par. Serves them right for butchering the X-Com franchise even more. Everyone knows X-Com only works as FPS.
  • I hope this turns out to be a really fun game.
  • The fact that this game has absolutely no reviews up anywhere on the last day before launch really worries me.
  • Looking forward to it.

  • smoking indoors? ARE YOU INSANE?!?!?!? haha but really this game does look good. it is a really interesting idea, i hope it's good.

  • Your launch trailer isn't working, I had to go to Joystiq to watch!

  • I'm not sure about this one yet.  That being said, I did pre-purchase on Steam.  The fact that you get all of the old X-Com games as a bonus as well as a discount on the game means that even if the game isn't up to par I can feel as if I've gotten my money's worth.  Seriously, the X-Com collection by itself is like $60 and you get it free with a $45 pre-purchase.  Worth it to me, even if the game is a disappointment.

  • Destructoid's review got leaked and it was a 4.5, but they are a little more negative then other sites a lot. I hope this turns out good, this is the first pre-buy my friends have made on Steam. It would be a bummer if it sucked.
  • Does this game work like the Mass effect buddy system in how you control your ally?
  • I'm pretty excited to pick this game up tonight!
