OK first off, if you want to get these legit; stop reading, because I found a loophole in the points system.

First off you will need to build up a bunch of points through the challenges in the game (only upgrade 1 hand gun you don't need anything else).

There are 9 upgrades for each suit, and a few of them you have to purchase at 200 points to unlock before you can up grade.

When you have enough points built up, unlock and purchase all the suits and upgrades. this will unlock an achievement for you. Next do NOT back out but instead quit to the dashboard and restart your game. Go back to the suits and you will see that your points are unspent.

Now unlock all suits and purchase all camouflage for each suit; unlocking another achievement. now quit to the dashboard and restart your game.

You have just got two achievements for free, and now the upgrading all weapons achievement will be a lot easier to get.
