Sam Fisher Gets Physical In Stalk, Strike, Silence Trailer

Sam Fisher has always been one of the baddest men in gaming, and Ubisoft is eager to remind us in the latest trailer for the upcoming Splinter Cell Blacklist. Watch the super spy gear up before putting some terrorists out of our misery.

The Stalk, Strike, Silence trailer showcases some of Sam's new toys, including what appears to be an EMP crossbow. That's a big step up from shooting out light bulbs one at a time. Additionally, new voice actor Eric Johnson flexes his vocal cords a bit and does his best to make us forget all about Michael Ironside.

Splinter Cell Blacklist is due out on August 20 for Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, Wii U, and PC.

  • i hope no one complains about ' no ironside' because in all honestly, all that complaining is starting to piss me off, same thing goes with David Hayter
  • Waiting for the headline "Same Fisher gets his voice back" to pop up. I wont buy the game because Ironside is not involved.
  • Stalk, Strike, Be a Badass.

  • You're tearing me apart Ubi!

  • Must have blacklist. This is game is making me "nerd horny".

  • Wasn't the best trailer IMO, but I'm still looking forward to the game.

  • Thanks to this and watch Dogs microsoft will have a couple of games to help them with their transition out of console gaming.

This year is going to be good!

  • Is it just me, or does it seem like Sam looks younger with each new game in the series?
  • Finally Sam Fisher is BACK and is BETTER than EVER
  • looks more like the splinter cells i loved to play.  the last one was to much action not enough stealth.

  • I can't wait for this game, it looks really cool.

  • August....feels so far away

  • Looks pretty cool.

  • Love stealth-action. (just look at this hero image.) For a reboot, Splinter Cell looks like they're doing the job right. Not a bad voice for old Sam either.

  • haha oh wow

  • I'm just happy they brought back the knife. Looking good to me.

  • This game continues to impress me, really hope it turns out well!

  • So pumped for this game!

  • This has got me pretty excited. Am I disappointed of the series departure from the original style? A little. But I do enjoy the way it has evolved and this one looks a median point between the old games and what Conviction presented. This has garnered my attention.
  • That top screenshot makes this game look terrible.
