The lights are on
The latest developer diary for the upcoming Splinter Cell: Blacklist teaches us how to be quiet.
The video features animation director Kristjan Zadziuk as he shows off some of the ways Sam Fisher can take out enemies and quickly hide their bodies. And ways he can just take them out without worrying about sound or bodies when necessary.
Splinter Cell: Blacklist is set for release next year.

I'm glad this is coming to PS3.
Alot of people seem to hated SC Conviction, but for myself i liked it a whole lot. That's why i went out and purchased 2(two) copies of Splinter Cell Conviction CE. So, Blacklist?--Yes!
Looks fun, but I'm not too sure about picking it up.
Aww, man. I thought it was a picture of Metal Gear as I was skimming through. lol
Looks very nice but some of the takedown moves are too soft. Doesn't look like it will knock someone out.
This really looks amazing. As a big Splinter Cell fan I'll have to accept that the days of Chaos Theory are gone, but this is shaping up to be one hell of a game. I hope they design in such a way where it forces stealth. Conviction had stealth elements but most times the game allowed to run and gun too much. Can'it wait still.
I'm glad stealth is coming back, but god how I will miss Chaos Theory. Chaos Theory not only had a story that DIDN'T make Russians the bad guys, but it also referenced the growing problem of information and cyber warfare. Not to mention the fact that it was connected with Ghost Recon 2.
Splinter Cell has never really been a game I could get into, but this one may have me bought.
Looking great.
I am just amazed that Ubisoft makes such great quality games. They always just have great ideas and everything always looks so polished. Really they are like the Developer of this console generation.
I havent played the last few of these. dont really like em
Oh, Splinter-Cell, How I love you so.
