The lights are on
Sega recently announced a new take on the Sonic franchise with Sonic Boom, and a new video takes a look behind the scene's of the game's creation.
The video offers a series of interviews with the CEO of developer Big Red Button, executive producers from Sega and for the TV show as well as others. You won't see much new gameplay footage from the game, but you will see some of the concept art that lead to Sonic and pals new looks. Perhaps most importantly, however, is an explanation of why Sonic is wearing a neckerchief.

I see many reasons why this game is gonna suck.#1: What is up with Sonic's new look? Why are they making him look so much like Nathan Drake? I know the developer worked with Naughty Dog, but this is too much.#2: Sega is making Sonic so much slower now. I remember when Sonic could jog past nuclear missiles like it was nothing, and the missiles would melt in mid-air!#3: WTF happened to Knuckles? It's like they injected him with enough steroids that could make Kevin James look like The Hulk. FYI to all the clueless Sonic fans out there, in order to keep Sonic alive, Sega needs to replay Sonic Adventure so they can find out what went wrong.
