The lights are on
You know what they say: One person can make a difference. Provided, of course, that the person has a high-powered sniper rifle and nerves of steel. Check out how both are put to good use in these new screens for City Interactive's Sniper: Ghost Warrior 2.
The game takes place deep in the jungles of Burma, where a small band of commandos are trying to intercept a shipment of WMDs. Your job in this particular mission is to land near the purchase site, attain a vantage point, and cover the commandos as they move on the WMDs. Of course, things go wrong (but at least the WMDs were actually there for a change), and it's up to you to make them right.
Sniper: Ghost Warrior 2 comes out for the PlayStation 3, PC, and Xbox 360 in the first quarter of 2012.
Also, take a look at a live-action trailer for the game and more screens in our previous preview.

This game looks like a lot of fun. I might need to keep an eye on it.
Humm i hope its better than the last one.
really looks like this should have been dlc
Let's just hope they can bounce back from the awful first installment. Great concept, poor execution. Sniper Elite was my favorite sniper game however. It was intensely tough at times but you did have the option of co-op play which made the game a complete blast to play.
I'm predicting Game of the year for this game, no doubt about it.
I don't remember Ghost Warrior 1.
good looking game but based on the originals reputation, I am hesitant to say the least.
Sold. The first was good fun on the 360. The PS3 overhaul version was even better. Definite purchase. Thanks Gameinformer for the screens.
I loved the original so this should be good.
looks promising o_o doubt that i'll buy it but will keep an on some trailers and gameplays.
i never play first game i be second game on my xbox360
and i hope it have multiplayer on this game becase the first game have multiplayer just sniping people
Well the graphics look good considering that they are using CryEngine 3 to make the game. However, I'm more worried that the game itself is good, because I heard some bad stuff from the last game that really put me off from buying it. Hopefully they fix some of those issues this time around.
