Slender: The Arrival Teaser Trailer

Slender's sequel, titled Slender: The Arrival, has gotten its first teaser trailer.

The visuals are vastly improved over the original Slender, and it looks like there may be at least one new character.

Slender: The Arrival is being developed by Blue Isle Studios, and is planned for release early next year.

  • Now the question would be... will it be free, or pay? Either way, I'll get it.

  • So excited, I hope it's also a free play. If not, playing it anyway.

  • I'm mainly interested because the Marble Hornets guys are involved.

  • I actually really liked the low-quality graphics of Slender. It added atmosphere because everything looked so lifeless and dreadful.

  • Did I see The Rake in there too?

  • Looks pretty freaky, but let's hope there's a lot more to it than collecting pages (definitely looks to be with the hoodie person running at you).

  • I dont get the appeal of these. From all I have seen for the first it is not scary at all.
  • man and i thought the first one with the creepy as hell even with the crappy graphics.... this one is gonna be wild

  • Slender just got real.

  • Wow this looks amazing!

  • Did Slender really need a sequel? I played it, and the game wasn't scary to me.

  • 2spooky4me

  • Looks ok, I would like to see more before deciding.

  • damn looks pretty good.

  • Looks much better.

  • Looks better than the first.

  • This just makes me laugh, super big difference

  • It looks like the other enemy could be the man that is after the main character from the Marble Hornets series on Youtube. I think #61 and #62 of the Marble Hornet series is where the main character comes in contact with the man that is out to get him. This is just my opinion.

  • Slender has made me jump more than once even though you know what's going to happen. The game is so simple, but effective when delivering scares, it's sorta like Amnesia: The Dark Descent where all you have is a light source and your own nerver to carry you forward. The Arrival trailer enforces the already known fact that it's gonna make you drop a megaton in your pants with Slenderman and his Proxies chasing you, it'll be a nightmare come true!
