The lights are on
When Sanctum arrived in 2011, it was a breath of fresh air for tower defense players discontent with simply watching the action unfold. The title features the ability to jump into the action and help take down the invading hordes via a first-person view.
If you missed the first Sanctum, it's available for the reasonable sum of $9.99 on Steam. Sanctum 2 will be out this summer on PC, Xbox Live Arcade, and PlayStation Network.

On topic -- I remember the original Sanctum... hopefully this one has better staying power and balance, and a bit less DLC-whoring.
I was interested in this game since I first heard of it. Both art style and gameplay.
Looking pretty neat.
I'm not sure about this, in the first Sanctum it never really felt like my weapons did any damage, but the towers were also incredibly weak.
What a short little article. Effective, though, so it's cool.
the first one was fun for about a week and then it just become repetitive. hoping this one does it better because it's a great idea
