Riddick: The Merc Files
Vin Diesel recently announced that a new Riddick title is coming, and now we know what it is and when it will arrive. The Merc Files is an iOS game from Tigon Studios and Gaming Corps, including members of the Starbreeze team that made Riddick titles Escape from Butcher Bay and Assault on Dark Athena.
The Merc Files ties into the recently released film, Riddick. Players will have to avoid mercenaries who are hunting the anti-hero. Gameplay is a mix of stealth action and straight shooter (should Riddick be discovered). The title will be updated over time with new levels and features.
The Merc Files will be available on September 20, 2013, in the App Store.
