Raccoon City was a bustling town in 1998. You couldn't turn a corner without running into some shambling zombies, deadly bio-weapons, Nemesis, William Birkin, Leon S. Kennedy, Clair Redfield, Jill Valentine, or some Umbrella operatives. This batch of screens and new trailer perfectly conveys the bloody chaos erupting on the once sleep town's streets in Operation Raccoon City.

Also, I'd like to note that this trailer makes traitorous UBCS agent Nicholai look like some sort of evil mastermind. He is by far one of the lamest RE villains ever, but that doesn't mean taking him down once again won't be satisfying.

    This does nothing more than make me want a remake of Resident Evil 2 and 3. It really should be a no brainer (pun intended) on Capcom's part.

    Wohoo!!! this looks great!! so buying this. for all those who don't like this because it's "no longer like the old resident evil games", really?! I mean, do you guys seriously miss running around the same environments with extremely limited item storage fetching for keys and pushing boxes?? this pretty much takes off the boring crap and replaces with the reason why *I* like playing Resident Evil; shooting zombies!! you can argue that the old games were "scarier", but no they weren't. they just had lots of "jump" momments. like when you sneak behing an unsuspecting friend and yell "BOO!" really loudly to startled them. sure they jumped, but are they gonna be horrified to ever walk again? no. neither were the old resident evil games. I had no problem playing them in the dark and sleeping at nights.... and i was like 11 at the time. so yeah, i seriously can't see the fans of the old games' arguments anymore.

    Oh boy. Will I be killing more of Satan's Mongrels again? The scariest part of Resident Evil 4 was killing those Hellhounds throughout the game. Can't wait to do all this and more again in Leon's arrival on a current generation platform.

    Good trailer, tho sad to see the horror element to be ever fading in the RE series. I wonder if it will have various different endings.
