The lights are on
I will start by saying that this game is utter chaos. Some see this as a bad thing. I don't. What I do see as a bad thing are the glitches and horrific AI. I won't go into detail with the glitches; it would take up too much time.
Before this game was released, I was very eagerly awaiting its arrival. Perhaps, even moreso than RE6. I have wanted to play as an Umbrella Agent since RE2, and my wish was being granted. Unfortunately, the game didn't live up to the hype I had built up towards its release.
The AI is probably my biggest issue with this game. When you are trying to plan a strategical assault and the AI moron leaps out in front of a bunch of zombies... well, its irritating to say the least. It forces you to leap out for a heroic rescue, only to be taken out by a flanking zombie. This doesn't happen once, but over and over and over again.
The concept was one I had been waiting for. Capcom just didn't execute nearly as well as they could have.
I was sad to see this game get such bad reviews. When I first heard of this game I was excited about an interesting spin off. I haven't had the chance to play this game yet, and still would like to try it, but the bad publicity has watered down my expectations.
