Rayman Legends Also Coming To PC

A game that was once a Wii U exclusive has now completed the multiplatform transformation. Ubisoft has announced that the platformer is coming to PCs in addition to Wii U, PlayStation 3, and Xbox 360.

The PC version hits alongside its console counterparts on September 3. If you pre-order the digital PC version of game from the UbiShop, you get the PC version of Rayman Origins for free. Not a bad deal at all, since that game is very good.

Check out the gallery below for a handful of screenshots illustrating how the game looks on PC.

  • Seriously? I just never think of buying platformers on PC. Mostly because of the controller instead of keyboard and mouse. I'll I hope is that this didn't extend the delay.
  • If this game sells best on Wii U...
  • All this is, is a reminder to me that we were already supposed to have the best version of this game.

  • I would rather have a 3D Rayman game like Rayman The Great Escape. That one is my favorite from the series.
  • Because of the multiplatform release now, I really hope the Wii U version does well. That being said: Is it just me, or does it seem frustrating and inferior to play a platformer on a keyboard?
  • Oh thanks, this kinda made my day.

  • I'm so happy now. I loved Origins and I will definitely buy Legends for PC! :)

  • Yay! Another game to be $5-$10 on Steam's holiday sale.

  • Still not buying this game. I wanted it for my Wii U back in March. Not supporting their decision to delay it.

  • Finally, I get to play Rayman Legends without buying a Wii U. So when is Rayman Origins coming to the PS3 and Xbox 360.
  • AWESOME! I got Origins during the summer sale and I am having a blast.

  • Wonderful news.

  • So the most exclusive game, has now become the most accessible game? Ironic. Now they just need to announce that they're porting it to iOS, Android and Windows Phone.
  • Still mad that the Wii U version got delayed for absolutely no reason.

  • Ill be playing on my vita

  • Rayman is cool!
