Overwatch
In preparation of Overwatch's launch in May, Blizzard has been unveiling animated shorts that dig deeper into the game's world and characters. Today's video, titled Alive, is the second in a series of four animated shorts. The spotlight is put on Widowmaker, the sniper who attempts to assassinate a politician.
The short also features Tracer, the British hero who excels in offensive moves. Notably, she's also being added as a playable character to Heroes of the Storm later this month. The two battle head-to-head in an epic scene that you can view below.
Be sure to view Overwatch's first animated short Recall, which centered on Winston and reviving the Overwatch team. You can also read up on the game's most recent patch that adds new maps and a new mode to the closed beta. Overwatch releases May 24 on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC.
