NBA 2K14 continues its evolution of its right analog controls; this year it removes the modifier button separating the shooting and dribbling controls.

In this latest dev diary for the game, developers over at Visual Concepts talk about how the change not only means you'll have one less button to think about, but it also means that the modifier button can now be used for flashy no-look passes and other skillful passes.

For more on the game, take a look at this previous dev diaries on gameplay changes and MyTeam improvements.

NBA 2K14 comes out tomorrow for Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3, and later in the year for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC.
