Mortal Kombat X
NetherRealm’s Ed Boon has confirmed that Kung Lao (and his fashionably deadly hat) are headed to Mortal Kombat X. The title takes place later in the timeline, which puts this version of the Shaolin Monk in his sunset years.
Boon shared the image on Friday night via Twitter, stating that this was one of many images featured in the latest issue of UK magazine Gamesmaster. Kung Lao joins returning characters Scorpion, Sub-Zero, Goro, Quan Chi, Kano, and Raiden. New additions to the roster include Cassie Cage, Kotal Kahn, Ferra Torr, and D’Vorah.
