What's Happening

well expected

i don't think it's as bad as you make it seem Joe. although you fight the same enemy all the time, it can be easy to slip up. i like the metal gear series, but this is a branch off game so i expect it to not be as great as the series. if i could spruce up some thing about the game it would be the how difficult it is to beat your foes. i prefer it to be as hard as ninja gaiden for the first xbox.

  • Now I have strict taste when it comes to games... And I almost never give out perfect ratings.(Only Bayonetta, Dead or alive 5, and SSX so far...) But MGRR deserves it. Now let me just say. My definition of perfect may be different from the ideals who's ready to bash me... This game is really fun and it really makes you feel like you're "in-control" the move set you're with Raiden is tremendously creative! It's like watching a Mercelous work of art. --- The story is really touching and still has that same feel it always has. Main thing I love about metal gear games is the diversity in characters. Personalities and voices match perfectly like it come be a real person. And this is something not all games can conquer. --- Enemy design I can tell was a b*tch to come up with. Obviously Raiden would be fighting gekko's but what else? Dashing mechs? This takes hack n slash to a whole new dimension.. Fighting some of the bigger enemies feels like a short mini boss every time. Somewhat like Bayonetta but within what the MGS world is compatible with. --- The controls are really nice. Blade mode feels great knowing there's more than one way of using it! --- I'm leaving out a lot of because I don't feel the need to explain it. Too the point, this game is flawless. Don't listen to those lame opinions on how the camera is bad or it's a 5 hour game. You're going to play the game more than once anyway, why care if it's 5 hours...? --- Main reason why this game gets a 10/10 is because you get the gray fox suit :) can't go wrong there...
